Editor's Note
Aleta has been in the beauty industry for 28 years. She has owned and operated several salons. She is a renowned colorist mastering the art and science. The passion to beautify is in her DNA. Aleta is also an author, ordained minister/chaplain, community organizer, founder of an nonprofit, proud parent, grandmother, and great- grandmother.
She has had the privilege to travel around the United States and abroad. Aleta has had the opportunity to meet countless cosmetologists, barbers, nail artist, estheticians, and fashion designers. It has been an honor, and a privilege to showcase the work of these talented men and women in West Coast Hair Magazine.
